Use flour already mixed for the preparation of products.</div><div>5. Prepare and optimize the use of the baking oven.</div><div>6. Coordinate the production and speed the process of baking to elaborate more product in less time.</div><div>7. Apply temperature and time management.</div><div>8. Use all types of bakery equipment.</div><div>9.
