This is an incredible opportunity to deepen your knowledge and develop hands on skills in direct therapy while working in a supportive and collaborative environment. Interns will work closely with experienced supervisors who are committed to fostering professional growth and confidence.</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">What We Offer</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Hybrid Work Options</span></span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">: Combine in-person and remote work while serving clients in Lynnwood, WA, Seattle, WA, and Arizona.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">In-Person Opportunities</span></span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">: Provide therapy and collaborate onsite at our Lynnwood and Seattle offices.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Fully Remote Work</span></span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">: Available for interns working with clients in Washington and Idaho.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">What You’ll Do</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Provide individual and couples counseling to a diverse clientele.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Participate in weekly individual and group supervision.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Maintain accurate and professional treatment notes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Present cases in group supervision for constructive feedback.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Develop and refine your theoretical orientation in counseling.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Who We’re Looking For</span></span><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">We welcome Master’s level students from counseling, social work, or related fields who are eager to grow in their profession.</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Requirements:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Must be currently enrolled in a Master’s level program in counseling, social work, or a related field.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Must be flexible with scheduling to meet the needs of clients and supervision.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Preferred Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Bilingual skills (a plus but not required).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Previous experience in the mental health field or related areas.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">We are committed to working with interns to ensure their academic program needs align with our internship structure.
