      "content": "\n<li>2+ years of professional video editing experience with a solid understanding of video production workflows</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and After Effects (motion graphics required)</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of digital media standards, including codecs, formats, resolutions, and frame rates</li>\n<li>Proven assembly and editorial experience with strong visual sensibility, pacing, and storytelling skills</li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and apply creative feedback from leadership</li>\n<li>Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced production environment</li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and workflow efficiency</li>\n<li>G Suite proficiency; audio mixing and color correction experience preferred but not required</li>\n"
