    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Java Backend Developer</strong><br><br>\n • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.<br>\n • 5+ years proven experience as a Java Developer with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.<br>\n • In-depth knowledge of Java programming language, object-oriented design principles, design patterns and Java frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and Spring Cloud Stream, or others commonly used in enterprise-level applications.<br>\n • Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, including topics, producers, consumers, brokers, and stream processing.<br>\n • Solid understanding of distributed systems, asynchronous messaging, and event-driven architecture, particularly in the context of Kafka.<br>\n • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.<br>\n • Proven experience with databases, both relational databases and no relational database such as MySQL and MongoDB and writing optimized queries.<br>\n • Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs, ensuring security and scalability.<br>\n • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and modern CI/CD development tools.<br>\n • Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.<br>\n • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.<br>\n • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.<br>\n • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum).</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>",
