This role is in New York, NY – Hybrid.</span></p><p><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:</span></p><ul><li><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Work with the firm’s largest client relationships and respective coverage teams to progress commercial efforts.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Conduct analyses and develop insights that help support decision-making through delivering concrete outcomes and communicating progress to senior leadership.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Independently own workstreams end-to-end; lead the strategy, design the process, and drive the execution of enterprise-wide initiatives.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Cultivate and leverage a strong network across the BNY enterprise.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Communicate effectively with key business partners and senior stakeholders. Develop and deliver both informational and decision-seeking reports, analyses and/or presentations.</span></li></ul><p style=\"margin-left: 40px;\">&nbsp;</p><p><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:</span></p><ul><li><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 5-8 years of total work experience preferred.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills with the ability to produce professional output in different formats; strong writing ability and an eye for detail are a must.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Ability to grow within the role – develop stronger leadership and influencing skills, recognized collaborator by colleagues and clients.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Effective team member with the willingness and eagerness to tackle new challenges and work across numerous workstreams.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Strong time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure with a track record of delivering against deadlines.</span></li></ul>",
