PaperWorks’ products are certified by the Forest Stewardship Council and 100% Recycled Paperboard Alliance.</p>\n<h2>Summary</h2>\n<p>Primary duties include safely performing a wide range of tasks that include paperboard finished products, conducting quality checks, material set-up, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>· Setting up machine according to product specifications</p>\n<p>· Adjusting equipment using tools to set speeds and feed rates</p>\n<p>· Cleaning and maintaining equipment & work area</p>\n<p>· Preparing material for each schedule job</p>\n<p>· Assisting other operators to resolve production issues</p>\n<p>· Executing all machine schedules</p>\n<p>· Reporting daily production</p>\n<p>· Stocking finish product as needed</p>\n<p>· Swing Shifts/Rotating shifts - Must be able to work all shifts- Days & Nights</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>· The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working safe, demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a strong desire to learn manufacturing processes and operating complex machinery and have a desire to advance within the company</p>\n<p>· Must pass drug screen</p>\n<p>· Must pass background check</p>\n<p>· Can lift 50 lbs.</p>\n<p>· Must be at least 18+ years old</p>",
