About the Role
The San Francisco Giants’ Guest Services Department is looking for Fan Lot Attendants to join our team for the 2026 season. As a seasonal part-time Fan Lot Team Member, you will be an ambassador for the San Francisco Giants and Oracle Park, while working in our kid zone (this is the Coke bottle slide area of Oracle Park). Fan Lot Attendants are responsible for providing a high level of service and ensuring that all guests have a safe, enjoyable experience while executing the Oracle Park Promise.
You are excited about this opportunity because you will…
-Inspect work areas (the Coke bottle slide, mini ballpark etc.) for any safety hazards or maintenance issues before, during and after events and reporting issues in a timely fashion
-Greet guests with a positive attitude at all times, offering to help them before they have to come to you
-Enforce policies (such as height requirements) and stressing safety to guests at all times
-Monitor access to the platform enforcing entry/exit, alcohol and smoking restrictions
-Report and assist with emergency situations (including lost or found children, medical issues etc.) effectively and efficiently
-Respond to injury reports by following protocols and ensure incident reports are completed
-Provide wayfinding around the park directing guests to sections, seats, restrooms, food options etc.

-Comfortable on your feet and moving around (up and down stairs, ramps, walkways etc.) during shifts as well as working in small spaces

-Flexible in working different positions and performing different functions
-Great at multi-tasking in a fast paced team environment collaborating with others
-Comfortable working outdoors subject to various weather conditions
