At MRHC, employees have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day while building a rewarding career in healthcare.</p><p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p><p>The Clinical Analyst plays a critical role in supporting patient care through the design, implementation, integration, and ongoing maintenance of clinical information systems at MRHC. This position works closely with clinical, technical, and operational teams to ensure third-party applications interface effectively with MRHC systems. This is an <strong>on-site only&nbsp;</strong>position, located at McAlester Regional Health Center. The Clinical Analyst supports clinical reporting, interface development, workflow optimization, and training while serving as a key liaison between IT and clinical departments, including Nursing, Pharmacy, Quality, and Medical Staff.</p><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>3&ndash;5 years of relevant experience <strong data-start=\"1021\" data-end=\"1027\" data-pasted=\"true\">or</strong> 1&ndash;3 years of experience working with clinical information systems</li><li>Experience working with clinical information systems, including JavaScript or similar platforms.</li><li>Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, patient care processes, and healthcare information technology standards.</li><li>Demonstrated technical aptitude and problem-solving ability</li><li>Strong communication, organizational, documentation, and analytical skills</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science or a related field</li><li>Advanced knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.</li><li>Previous experience in a healthcare management or clinical analyst role within a hospital or large healthcare system.</li><li>Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate and support clinical information systems related to patient care.</li><li>Design, implement, and maintain clinical software interfaces and reporting solutions.</li><li>Collaborate with IT, clinical leadership, Pharmacy, Quality, and ancillary departments to optimize workflows.</li><li>Support system upgrades, new implementations, and ongoing maintenance efforts.</li><li>Develop and maintain documentation, policies, procedures, and training materials.</li><li>Serve as a technical resource for physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other clinical staff.</li><li data-start=\"811\" data-end=\"899\"><p data-start=\"813\" data-end=\"899\">Identify system issues, recommend improvements, and ensure timely project completion.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><p>Strong knowledge of clinical information systems and workflows, including Meditech Client Server environments; experience with HL7 interfaces, JavaScript, Mirth Interface Engine, and Microsoft SQL/SSRS; strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills; effective project management and time management abilities; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate across clinical, technical, and operational teams; experience developing documentation, reports, and training materials; and a strong commitment to customer service, teamwork, and continuous improvement.</p></div></div>\n",
