The Internal Recruiting Associate must have strong inter-personal skills, attention to detail and a drive for results as they are providing top talent from a diverse pool in the assigned market(s).</p>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Job Posting Platform Management</strong></li>\n <ul>\n  <li>iCIMS, LinkedIn Job Slots, Handshake Premium                                        </li>\n </ul>\n <li><strong>Volume Market Sourcing</strong></li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Reviewing Applications/Referral Management</li>\n  <li>Pre-Screening Applicants (G2)</li>\n  <li>Scheduling Behavioral Interview(s) with SR IR</li>\n  <li>Ensuring EEO/OFFCP Applications, Dispositions & Compliance</li>\n </ul>\n <li><strong>Conducts Candidate Outreach Initiatives</strong></li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Campaigns, Incomplete Applications, Withdrawals/Declines etc.</li>\n </ul>\n <li><strong>Generates Offer Letter/Background Requests (Office Hires/Internal Transitions)</strong></li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Contract Sourcer(s), CCR(s), VOP, VOP FSG and Managed Resources</li>\n </ul>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Education/Abilities/Skills:</strong></p>\n<p>·        BA/BS strongly preferred</p>\n<p>·        Recruiting and/or sourcing experience, within Aerotek preferred</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be capable of establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers (virtually) </li>\n <li>Proven ability to perform in a production based environment consistently</li>\n <li>Ability to strategize operational goals and provide ideas/solutions to achieve desired outcome </li>\n <li>Must have excellent written and oral communication skills</li>\n <li>Ability to  represent Aerotek in a postive manner both internally and externally</li>\n <li>Must be able to handle multiple projects, be self motivated and work with minimal supervision</li>\n <li>Excellent customer service, organizational, and time management skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits include</strong>:                                            </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical, dental and vision</li>\n <li>HSA & 401k account                                         </li>\n <li>20 days of paid time off as well as paid holidays (accrued weekly)</li>\n <li>Parental/Family leave</li>\n <li>Employee discounts</li>\n <li>Profit Sharing</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation</strong></p>\n<p>Hourly - $15.87 (annualized at $33,000) </p>\n<p>Bonus - up to $10,500 per year - quarterly payments</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.</p>",
