Primary Responsibilities    Set up and maintain account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC   Summarize loss history, analyze and interpret the data for the client.   Summarize current programs and expiring exposures. Able to review coverage forms and identify differences.   Leverage templates and system generated letters to draft proposals, stewardship reports, and other presentations / reports related to large and complex clients.   Draft and finalize finance contracts, billing allocations and review carrier invoices    Coordinate and finalize policy and endorsement check. Can review coverage and identify differences.   Coordinate audits and effectively resolve audit disputes.   Document and process cancellations and non-renewals. Independently initiate the pre-renewal process. Work Experience     2+ years’ experience in Commercial Property & Casualty Professional Licenses/Certifications   Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license Essential Skills/Competencies   Knowledge of Excel, Word, and other MS Office products to include basic formatting.   Proficient in agency management systems (EPIC) and carrier sites.  Possesses an intermediate understanding of property and casualty coverage.  Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of co-workers and clients and able to work in a team environment. Understands the urgency in various tasks and consistently meets timelines.   Able to quickly find common ground, solve problems, meet quality standards and achieve urgent tasks.   Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills  Able to follow a well-established and familiar set of activities and/or process to derive a solution.   Able to work in a fast-paced environment with some instruction and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.   Works to achieve stated objectives and delivers results at the close direction of a senior team member. Education     HS Diploma or equivalent. Physical Demands & Working Conditions Office work involves working at a desk most of the time, using a stand-up/sit-down adjustable desk. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Typing, grasping, and repetitive motion typically is required every day, and walking and standing are required occasionally.
