    "description": "<h2>Job Overview</h2>\n<p>As a Production Associate, you'll work with your hands on a variety of wood processing centers. Your daily tasks will vary, and you'll get to move around throughout the day while working closely with a team. No experience? No problem. We'll set you up for success with supportive, hands-on training.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Schedule: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Evenings: 2:30 p.m. - 1:00 a.m. (Monday-Thursday) Pay: $21 per hour</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Highlights of your role</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Sort, stack and grade wood based on size and grade of material</li>\n <li>Operate chop saws, compound miter saws, and other equipment</li>\n <li>Work closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot any mechanical or material issues</li>\n <li>Cross-train in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday and more money to your paycheck.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Learn to accurately read and use a calibrated tape measure.</li>\n <li>Strong written and oral communication skills.</li>\n <li>Excellent attendance and the ability to be on time.</li>\n <li>Ability to work a physical job for 10 hours per day.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>We invite you to See Yourself at Marvin</h2>\n<p>From people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
