Description

Join the Team Revolutionizing Human Performance at Keiser! At Keiser, we're not just building fitness equipment—we're pioneering the future of strength training and human potential. For over 45 years, our family-owned company has led the industry with groundbreaking innovations like pneumatic (air-powered) variable resistance technology, dynamic variable resistance systems, and the cutting-edge A400 Series. These advancements have transformed how elite athletes, fitness enthusiasts, rehabilitation experts, and people of all ages and abilities train, minimizing injury while maximizing power, speed, and results. Proudly Made in the USA (Fresno, California), we own our technology, control our manufacturing processes, and refuse to outsource jobs overseas. While others chase low-cost shortcuts, we've honed our craft to deliver the ultimate in quality, precision engineering, and human-centered design—equipment trusted worldwide to propel performance in sports, tactical, medical, longevity, and commercial settings. As an Assembly Supervisor , you'll play a pivotal role in this mission. Lead a dedicated team in assembling world-class fitness equipment that changes lives, uphold our uncompromising standards of American-made excellence, and contribute to a family-oriented culture rooted in integrity, hard work, commitment, and mutual support. Be part of a company that values its people as much as its innovations—one where your leadership helps perfect every detail and drives our continued leadership in the fitness world. Ready to build something extraordinary that empowers human performance at every level? Job summary This job requires a high degree of specialized expertise, as well as the ability to maintain established quality standards. This person must be driven, determined, and self-disciplined, with a commitment to accurate, high-quality, and rapid results. The job environment is structured, with clear job expectations. Although the pace of the work is faster than average, this person never compromises quality. They communicate and build relationships based on the technical aspects of the work. The work requires specialized knowledge, as well as technical ingenuity. Someone in this role must be comfortable solving problems while adhering to approved organizational systems and technology. They will be expected to produce thorough, high-quality work. New ideas and concepts are also important but must be carefully analyzed and tested before being implemented. When managing others, this person must be able to ensure policies and procedures are followed and time frames are met. To delegate effectively, they should provide structured opportunities for people to develop their own expertise, with the goal of building shared responsibility for high-quality work. As such, someone in this role should be comfortable providing coaching and training support. This person must be comfortable operating within a pre-defined span of control. The ideal candidate is someone who fosters trust, demonstrates a sense of urgency, consistently hits quality standards, and makes decisions in support of company guidelines.
