This position will also be responsible for providing mentoring, client contact, as well as handling project financials, profitability and client satisfaction. Essential job functions include:</p><ul><li>Client management, project management</li><li>Leadership and mentoring of staff&nbsp;</li><li>Staff supervision, quality control, workload and staff planning</li><li>Development of proposals</li><li>Maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and invoicing</li><li>Oversee employee performance, providing regular feedback and recognition</li><li>Work together with senior leadership team to accomplish company goals</li><li>Provide excellent and responsive client service&nbsp;</li><li>Business development</li></ul><p>&nbsp;Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering</li><li>Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Maryland required, DC PE a plus.</li><li>10+ years&rsquo; progressive experience in civil engineering land development design, preferably in suburban Maryland and or DC.&nbsp;</li><li>Montgomery County and District of Columbia experience is a plus.</li><li>5+ years&rsquo; experience managing staff,&nbsp;technical skills to develop and review plans and work with engineers, planners and surveyors.</li><li>Excellent organizational and delegation skills</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li></ul><p>SOLTESZ has a commitment to excellence that begins with employing talented, energetic, and client focused professionals. &nbsp; SOLTESZ is a successful land development engineering firm in the Washington DC metro area specializing in the areas of civil engineering, landscape architecture, planning, environmental science and surveying. &nbsp;We work with both private and public clients on a variety of projects. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
