If this sounds interesting, we have a position for you!</p>\n<p>This position is located on-site in Ripon, WI.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Standard Work Hours:</strong></p>\n<p>Friday - Sunday 4am - 4pm</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Compensation</strong></p>\n<p>Hourly Rate: $35.38 - $38.18 plus a $3.25 shift differential, commensurate with experience and qualificationsThis competitive compensation package reflects the importance and responsibility of this position within our organization.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring and testing instruments in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer's specifications</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot and service motors, advanced hydraulic and pneumatic systems, pumps, conveyor systems, and production machines and equipment</li>\n <li>Perform welding as needed to support maintenance and repair activities</li>\n <li>Prepare new machines for operation following established protocols and procedures</li>\n <li>Conduct regular technical testing on machinery to ensure safety and efficiency</li>\n <li>Collect and analyze data on machine operation to identify trends and recommend actions to reduce machine downtime</li>\n <li>Create and manage work orders through a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)</li>\n <li>Demonstrate expert-level understanding of production machines and equipment</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>What You Need To Succeed:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Preferred Two-year Associate degree and 5+ years’ work experience required.</li>\n <li>Ability to utilize a computer to search for parts and enter work into a CMMS</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Our jobs require:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Standing for a long period, sitting, manual dexterity, stooping, bending</li>\n <li>Passing a pre-employment physical including a baseline test of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds</li>\n <li>Passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits as an Alliance employee include:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Retention Bonus</li>\n <li>Stable and growing work environment!</li>\n <li>Annual social events throughout the year for all employees</li>\n <li>Employee Referral Bonus</li>\n <li>Paid vacation in your first year</li>\n <li>Tuition Reimbursement</li>\n <li>Annual Perfect Attendance Awards</li>\n <li>Safety Recognition Program</li>\n <li>Medical Plan with company paid Health Reimbursement Account</li>\n <li>Dental and Vision Plans</li>\n <li>401k Plan</li>\n <li>11 Company Paid Holidays</li>\n <li>Company paid Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance with option to purchase additional</li>\n <li>Company paid Long Term Disability (LTD)</li>\n <li>Annual wage increases </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>EEO</h2>We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
