At Magnolia Hotel Denver, you’ll have the opportunity to: Own your market and build your book with strong brand backing through Marriott’s Tribute Portfolio Drive meaningful revenue with a leadership team that values strategy, collaboration, and long-term success—not just activity Work in a highly aligned environment where Sales, Revenue, and Operations partner to win business together Build a sustainable book of repeat clients in a hotel that values relationships over one-time transactions Responsibilities Proactively identify, solicit, and secure group business opportunities across deployed market segments Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, site visits, and personalized service. Prepare and present tailored proposals and contracts that align with client needs and hotel revenue goals. Collaborate with internal departments (catering/conference services, operations, accounting) to ensure seamless execution of group events. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities. Represent Magnolia Denver and Magnolia Hotels at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions. Provide regular sales performance updates and insights. Qualifications If you’re a relationship-driven seller who loves closing business and building loyalty, you’ll thrive here. Qualifications: 2+ years of hotel group or event sales experience (full-service preferred) A proven closer with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals Strong communicator who builds trust quickly with clients and colleagues Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with CRM systems and hotel sales platforms (Marriott CI/TY a plus) Requirements Proactively generate and close group business across key market segments Develop and maintain strong client relationships that drive repeat and referral business Collaborate with Revenue Management and Operations to strategically price and position business Represent the hotel at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities Manage your pipeline effectively through CRM systems and sales tools Contribute to a positive, high-performing sales culture About CoralTree Hospitality At CoralTree Hospitality, our team members are the heart of everything we do.
