Upholds accuracy, safety, and compliance with medical, ethical, and legal standards.</span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Specimen Handling and Accessioning: Receives, documents, and labels pathology specimens. Assists in specimen preparation for analysis, including fixation and</span><br><span>staining. Ensures proper storage and transport per protocols.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Computer Skills: Demonstrates proficiency in the use of HIS and LIS software systems in all job-related functions.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Technical &amp; Laboratory Support: Prepare solutions, stains, and reagents for rapid diagnoses. Slide staining (Touch/squash preps and Diff Quick) for Pathologists. Assist</span><br><span>Pathologist with Fine Needle Aspiration (FNA) and frozen section procedures.
