The intern will collaborate closely with our teams in London, Paris, Frankfurt, and Dublin.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">The intern will support the ongoing activities of the Milan office, working on both equity and debt transactions.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">The internship will be six months beginning in June and ending in December 2026.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">The Intern will have the opportunity to:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Work closely with senior team members on presentations and financial analysis</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Assist the team in underwriting for asset sales/acquisitions, recapitalization of platforms and debt placement (financing/refinancing) across all property types</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Perform comprehensive and in-depth company, real estate, and market analysis</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Due diligence collection and review</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Create pitches, proposals, and marketing materials</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Participate in client interactions to gain exposure to key executives, investors and senior bankers</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"><em>Preferred qualifications</em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Candidates must demonstrate a combination of strong academic aptitudes, quantitative skills, personal motivation, and distinguished written and oral communication skills.
