    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Load and unload high-temperature ovens for the metal pouring process</li>\n <li>Assist with melt operations, including filtering, applying hot tops, covering, and repairing molds</li>\n <li>Monitor and maintain temperature control; perform deslagging procedures as required</li>\n <li>Disassemble, clean, and rebuild melt pots to ensure safe and efficient operation</li>\n <li>Perform additional related duties as assigned by supervision</li>\n <li>Adhere to all NOV company policies and Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Read and interpret work orders to determine production requirements</li>\n <li>Accurately complete and submit labor tickets</li>\n <li>Stage work orders and materials to support the melt process</li>\n <li>Assist with melt operations as needed</li>\n <li>Prepare and stage work orders for the knockout process</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required</li>\n <li>Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English</li>\n <li>Basic computer literacy required</li>\n <li>General knowledge of quality control principles required</li>\n <li>Prior experience or familiarity with the investment casting (lost wax) process preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>JOB REQUIREMENTS</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be willing and able to work overtime as needed, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>COMPETITIVE BENEFITS:</strong>&nbsp;(visit usbenefits.nov.com for more information about our benefits offerings)</p>\n<ul>\n <li>401(k) Retirement Plan – NOV matches every dollar up to 5% of base pay and overtime for every dollar you invest.</li>\n <li>Competitive medical plans that are effective your date of hire.
