You will participate in the three-year development plan designed for a progression of job functions to develop skills over time for a successful career within the firm and ability to pursue more senior roles within the Treasury Solutions such as a Treasury Management Officer position.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Job responsibilities</strong></div><div><ul><li>Collaborate with the Treasury Management Officer (TMO) on client proposals to identify appropriate Treasury solutions, perform cost and benefit analysis, competitive pricing and run profitability models</li><li>Assist with client call preparation by creating relationship review materials, pitch books, account plans, and conducting customer research</li><li>Develop an understanding of clients' Treasury cash management structure and objectives</li><li>Coordinate with product partners to develop comprehensive Treasury solutions</li><li>Develop and understand competitors’ products and positioning within the client &amp; market</li><li>Work with the TMO’s throughout the sales cycle to manage pipeline and ensure services and pricing are set up timely and accurately</li><li>Collaborate with internal partners to ensure successful implementation, product ramp-up and accurate pricing and billing</li></ul></div><div><strong>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills</strong></div><div><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree</li><li>Three+ years’ relevant banking and treasury experience</li><li>Time management, organizational and planning skills with proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to mobilize internal networks and resources</li><li>Ability to understand Treasury Solutions products, pricing philosophy, and billing process and procedures</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)</li><li>Ambition to develop into an individual sales contributor</li></ul></div><div><strong>Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills</strong></div><div><ul><li>Interest in working with experienced Treasury partners to recognize a client's cash flow needs and apply appropriate banking solutions</li><li>Sales, portfolio management or relationship</li></ul></div>",
