POSITION TITLE: Sales Lead Development Representative Position located in Springfield, OH or Collegeville, PA but could also possibly be remote, US REPORTS TO: Director, Inside Agreement Sales, United States Crane Service Job Description: Konecranes moves what matters. We are a global leader in material handling solutions, serving a broad range of customers across multiple industries. We are looking for ambitious, confident, and motivated individuals for our North American Sales Lead Development Team. As a first point of contact with prospects, our Sales Lead Development Representatives (SLDRs) create demand for our expansive portfolio of industry-leading solutions and play a key role in our business success strategy. Qualifying conversations to understand the buyer's journey of challenges and priorities and help to determine the appropriate next steps in the sales/evaluation process, our SLDRs are a key component of the pipeline and revenue growth for Konecranes. Tasks and Responsibilities: A SLDR supports sales team members with Qualified Opportunities - and will need to build strong professional relationships throughout the Sales & Marketing organizations. · Follow up on Marketing Qualified Leads (i.e. Marketing Events, Webinars, Website Downloads). · Execute established daily cadence of prospecting and conversations to qualify leads and create new Sales Qualified Opportunities. · Collaborate with sales teams in defined territories to penetrate targeted accounts with an innovative and strategic approach. Academic Degree : Bachelor's degree in business related studies · Maintain daily activities in customer relationship management tools by tracking calls, emails, and interactions with prospects and customers. · Work closely with Marketing to both develop and leverage strategic campaigns to drive pipeline revenue and provide feedback channel for greater traction of message. Professional Experience in year(s):1 · A burning desire for success and growth in a world class organization · Coachable with a willingness to learn, with a commitment to excellence · Superior communication, relationship building and collaborative capabilities · Sales DNA · Exceptional verbal and written communication skills · Some Sales experience is a plus · Experience with CRM tools is a huge plus WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: · Our employees are smart, friendly and welcoming · Business Casual office · Excellent benefits program Benefits :  Medical Plan, Dental, Vision, 401k plan with a match from day one, identity theft protection, accident insurance, travel insurance and so much more!
