The core function is to safely operate specific equipment, manage material and processes to manufacture high-quality, photovoltaic solar modules at the required rate. Additionally, Technician I’s will be responsible for conducting operational preventative maintenance procedures, addressing intermediate-level alarms, performing basic quality control procedures, using simple hand tools and systems during floor operations, and conduct training on tasks where they have completed certification.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p></div><div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\"><p>Education/Experience:&nbsp;</p></div><div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\"><ul><li>External candidates must have:&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\"><ul><li>High School Diploma or GED.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\"><ul><li>Preference for Associate’s degree or certificate in a
