font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Requirements:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Must be able to travel throughout Minnesota, North Dakota South Dakota, Montana and Iowa</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Regular, consistent attendance and regular overtime at all assigned job sites</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Valid Driver’s License, preferably Class A</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Acceptable motor vehicle record</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to work cooperatively with others</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Physical strength and endurance to perform all principal duties and responsibilities</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Ability to supervise and maintain positivity and productivity within the team.</span><br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Demonstrate a solid understanding of safety and DOT guidelines that will ensure safety and quality.</span><br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Communicate with truck dispatch, Lowboy division and equipment needed for the job.</span><br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Coordinate between other crews or sub-contractors on jobs.</span><br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Daily submission of digital timecards and production reports as needed for accounting teams.</span><br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Ability to manage all aspects of jobs from ordering materials to maintenance to service calls from outside vendors. </span><br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Follow and read DOT plans for jobs (slope, grade change, drainage ect..)</span><br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Ensure jobs are running productively as possible or work on plans to do so.</span><br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Ability to operate all equipment as needed.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Conducts toolbox talk safety meetings</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Investigates and reports accidents and injuries according to Company policy</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif;
