Description

At Revere Health, we believe there is a better path to healing and healthcare maintenance, and we’re working on this mission—one patient at a time. We’re a national leader in a movement called value-base care which aims to improve treatment outcomes and keep costs down. Our internal culture is one that promotes respect and consistently recognizes the impact that individual employees have on the mission of the organization. Position Summary:   Join a dynamic, physician-led urgent care clinic committed to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care to our community. We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the patient experience while contributing to a supportive and high-performing clinical team. This role is ideal for a motivated and adaptable clinician who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values both clinical excellence and teamwork. As an APC, you will play an integral role in providing efficient, compassionate care to a diverse patient population, while working alongside experienced providers who are committed to continuous growth and improvement. If you are looking for an opportunity to practice in a positive, team-oriented setting where your contributions are valued and your professional development is supported, we encourage you to apply. Essential Job Functions:  - Provide high-quality medical care and treatment in accordance with established clinical guidelines and under physician supervision. - Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals across all age groups, ensuring a positive and supportive experience. - Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a broad range of acute illnesses and injuries, including prescribing medications as appropriate. - Accurately document patient encounters in the electronic medical record (EMR), ensuring compliance with coding, billing, and regulatory standards. - Perform approved diagnostic and therapeutic procedures within scope of practice. - Order, interpret, and assess diagnostic tests and laboratory results to support clinical decision-making. - Develop and implement effective, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. - Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to provide coordinated, comprehensive care. -Prescribe appropriate treatments, interventions, and medications in alignment with clinical protocols and best practices. - Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, teamwork, and an outstanding patient experience. - Support clinic operations by performing additional duties as needed. Qualifications:  - Current licensure as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the State of Utah. - Active DEA registration and Utah Controlled Substance License. - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS or other relevant certifications preferred, depending on departmental needs. - Demonstrated strong work ethic, professionalism, and commitment to high-quality patient care. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively engage with patients and team members. - Proven ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced clinical environment. - Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build trust and rapport with patients, colleagues, and leadership. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented setting. - Sound clinical judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills, with a high level of initiative. - Professional presence and advanced communication skills to navigate complex situations and represent the clinic with integrity and confidence. Hours:  This PRN (as-needed) role offers flexible scheduling to support both clinic needs and work-life balance. Shifts are available Monday through Sunday, typically ranging from 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
