We are looking for an individual that is hard working, self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently as well as with other associates. Responsibilities include maintaining interior tropical plants in an office environment and some exterior containers. &nbsp;We are looking for an applicant with attention to detail who loves working with plants and providing the ongoing service to make them thrive!</p><ul><li>Pay dependent on experience level.</li><li>Must be in good physical condition as the job requires bending, kneeling, squatting, lifting water buckets, pushing water machines as part of the work routine.</li><li>Must have a valid driver&#39;s license and reliable transportation as this job involves traveling to multiple locations daily in the Charlotte area. (Company compensates for mileage.)</li><li>No experience required. &nbsp;Will work independently after 6-8 weeks of training on jobsite/route.</li><li>Must have the ability to communicate professionally with customers and other associates.</li><li>Need good organizational skills.</li><li>Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test for hire.</li><li>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time (No night or Weekend work)</li></ul><p><br></p></div></div></div>\n    </div>\n  </div></div></div>\n",
