This position requires in-depth industry knowledge and the ability to work with minimal supervision to ensure the branch's optimal performance and client satisfaction.</p><h1>What you’ll be doing (and doing well!):</h1><ul><li>Take charge of branch scheduling, ensure adequate staff coverage, and troubleshoot operational issues as they arise.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for client escalations and problem resolution, ensuring high client satisfaction.</li><li>Independently maintain compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies. Generate detailed reports on branch operations and performance metrics.</li><li>Monitor branch expenses, assist in budget planning, and ensure that financial goals are met or exceeded.</li><li>Lead recruiting, training, and performance management efforts for branch employees.
