They are specialists in adopting innovation and mastering technology.</p><p>Travel:  Occasional travel may be required</p><p>Responsibilities</p><p>- Complete Workday Training as required for the role within a given Product Area<br />- Lead full day training sessions in English to audiences that include customers, partners, and workmates<br />- Present complex topics in a simplified manner to facilitate student learning<br />- Exercise outstanding problem-solving/ troubleshooting skills while working through classroom challenges<br />- Use dynamic presentation skills in virtual / onsite training to engage your students and enhance their learning experience<br />- Stay current on software and product updates.  Use self-learning resources to quickly become proficient in new product features and functionality <br />- Perform all administrative tasks associated with each class delivery<br />- Build relationships with Workmates across teams to share standard methodologies, drive innovation, and meet goals<br />- Ensure student satisfaction by maintaining course evaluation benchmarks<br /> </p><p></p><p><b>About You</b></p><p></p><p>You are a dynamic individual with a strong passion for training and helping others connect technical concepts to practical applications. You are curious about how things work and are skilled at simplifying complex information. You possess strong communication and organizational skills and find joy in teaching others using virtual training technologies</p><p><b>Basic Qualifications:</b></p><p>- Advanced / Professional communication in English<br />- 2&#43; years experience working with enterprise HCM applications such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, or SAP</p><p><b>Additional Qualifications</b></p><p>- Excellent verbal and written communication skills<br />- Self-motivated, and able to work without direct supervision<br />- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills<br />- Highly adaptable, and effective in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment<br />- Able to present full day, virtual training sessions to groups of approx 20 people using a variety of instructional techniques to engage the audience<br />- Able to navigate multiple classroom technologies, including electronic training material, remote conferencing tools, interactive display screens, and audio/visual equipment<br />- 2&#43; years experience delivering training, or implementing full scale ERP deployments<br /> </p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><span>Pursuant to applicable Fair Chance law, Workday will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.</span></p><p></p><p><span>Workday is an Equal Opportunity Employer including individuals with disabilities and protected veterans.</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Are you being referred to one of our roles?
