The ideal candidate should have excellent<br>communication skills, a pleasant demeanor, and the ability to handle rejections professionally.<br></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:<br>• Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about products or services.<br>• Answer inbound calls from existing or potential customers and address their inquiries.<br>• Follow up on leads and maintain a detailed record of calls and customer information.<br>• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to build rapport.<br>• Handle customer complaints or concerns and provide appropriate solutions.<br>• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets as set by the management.<br>• Understand the company’s products, services, and promotions thoroughly to inform<br>customers effectively.<br>• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all telecommunication activities.<br>• Gather feedback from customers to help improve products, services, and customer<br>satisfaction.<br></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Qualifications and Skills:<br>• Graduate in any stream<br>• Proven experience as a tele caller or in a similar customer service role is preferred.<br>• Excellent verbal communication skills in English &amp; Hindi. Gujrati is a plus.<br>• Strong ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales.<br>• Good listening skills and the ability to empathize with customer needs.<br>• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.<br>• Ability to handle stress, multitask, and manage time effectively.</p>",
