Under highly supportive supervision, our RBTs provide compassionate, high-quality ABA services to children with autism in a beautiful, motivating clinic setting in the heart of downtown Boise.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">In this position you will work primarily 1:1 with children with autism, on a clinical team, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to reduce child challenging behavior; and teach communication, social skills, play skills, self-care, and more! RBTs also work with caregivers to teach them strategies to help their children. On occasion you will work with other RBTs and children in small group instructional settings within the clinic.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">The primary responsibility of the RBT is to accurately and consistently implement the supervisor’s treatment plan in collaboration with and support from a clinical team, while collecting data on child behavior.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">RBTs are the vital behavior change agent in the child’s life and are the primary vehicle through which services can produce long-lasting improvements in patients’ quality of life.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Company:</span> Maraca Learning, Inc. headquartered in Boise, Idaho, is a new provider of ABA therapy to children with autism ages 18 months to 17 years. font-weight: bold\">Education:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Completion of at least 2 years of college (Bachelor’s degree is preferred)</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;
