Responsible for Hutchinson Aerospace &amp; Industry customers by processing incoming customer orders request for quotations and providing follow-up information. The <strong>Customer Service Account Specialist</strong> answers inquiries regarding existing and new orders, provides price and delivery information and processes RMAs.</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Act as the customers’ liaison, responsible for all customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing, assuring delivery in accordance with customer requirements and manufacturing capabilities.</li>\n <li>Review customer contracts to ensure order requirements are fulfilled.</li>\n <li>Interface with all functional groups and field sales to proactively monitor customer delivery. Work closely with planners to ensure on-time delivery.</li>\n <li>Provide customers with product and pricing information, including the preparation of quotes.</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate information using ERP, EDI, E-Commerce, and other business systems in support of customer service activities.</li>\n <li>Monitor customer websites to obtain supplier scorecard information and product demand.</li>\n <li>Proactively investigate and resolve customer problems and complaints.</li>\n <li>Keep the operations team, Market Managers, and Customer Service Manager informed of issues that may need further assistance for resolution.</li>\n <li>Act as backup for other team members.</li>\n <li>Represent the company at customer visits.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Skills:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Associate's degree or equivalent preferred</li>\n <li>Defense or related industry experience preferred</li>\n <li>2-5 years of experience in customer service, ideally in a manufacturing environment</li>\n <li>Excellent communication, judgment, and influence skills via phone, email, written, and face-to-face.</li>\n <li>Polished customer service and presentation skills.</li>\n <li>Well organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.</li>\n <li>Experienced with a computerized ERP system/EDI/Internet.</li>\n <li>Ability to work and problem-solve in a team environment.</li>\n <li>Applicants must be U.S citizens or permanent residents eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship, as required by contract and/or federal law.</li>\n</ul>",
