This role involves: managing BOMs, overseeing ECOs, product label template management, and coordinating with various departments to optimize production efficiency and ensure product accuracy.<br>&#160;</p><p><strong>What You&#8217;ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Create, maintain, and update BOMs for all products to ensure accurate and efficient production</li><li>Manage ECOs to implement product modifications and ensure timely updates to the BOM</li><li>Collaborate with Customer, Design and Production Teams to validate changes and minimize production disruptions</li><li>Identify opportunities for improving production processes and reducing costs while maintaining product quality</li><li>Liaise with Suppliers, Production Teams, and other departments to ensure product specifications and requirements are understood and met</li><li>Communicate with stakeholders regarding product updates, changes, and production schedules</li><li>Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs.</li></ul><p><strong>What You&#8217;ll Bring</strong></p><ul><li>A bachelor&#8217;s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience</li><li>Ideal to have 2 to 4 years of experience in Product Engineering or Manufacturing Operations</li><li>Strong knowledge of BOM and ECO processes</li><li>Familiarity with manufacturing processes and product data management (Agile) systems</li><li>A strong customer service and satisfaction mindset</li><li>Flexibility and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, high-pressure manufacturing environment</li><li>Strong commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving production goals</li><li>Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus but not required.</li></ul><p><strong>Job Type</strong>: Full-Time<br><strong>Shift:</strong> Night (11:30PM-8AM)<br><strong>Work Location:</strong> San Jose, CA (on-site daily)<br><strong>Compensation</strong>: $110,000 -132,000 annually, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience</p><p><span style=\"font-size:9px;\">Foxconn Assembly, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
