This position is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the spa team to include scheduling, payment processing, and merchandise sales.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Greet guests and offer assistance and/or instruction in the use of the Spa.</li>\n <li>Collect fees and accurately handle all cash, checks, credit card, gift certificates and comp transactions.</li>\n <li>Maintain on a daily basis a high level of cleanliness in the spa facilities.</li>\n <li>Unpack, stock and price all merchandise in the retail area as needed with the ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.</li>\n <li>Schedules spa and salon treatments</li>\n <li>Responsible for knowing all new policies and procedures in the Spa.</li>\n <li>Adhere to all policies and procedures for the Spa.</li>\n <li>All other duties assigned and required to help enhance the spa.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>One (1) year spa or retail experience</li>\n <li>Strong problem solving, decision making and consulting skills.</li>\n <li>Superior customer service skills</li>\n <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li>\n <li>Fully competent in Microsoft Office</li>\n <li>Ability to review and comprehend all necessary documentation.</li>\n <li>Ability to inspect and maintain areas for which responsible. </li>\n <li>Ability to use the equipment associated with the position to include spa facilities and cash register.</li>\n <li>Ability to move around work area effectively and efficiently.</li>\n <li>This position is physical in nature and requires the ability to maneuver to assist guests in the proper use of equipment and to perform other job duties. </li>\n <li>Ability to lift up to sixty pounds and push and pull up to one hundred pounds of towels, equipment, and supplies.</li>\n <li>This position operates in a working environment that is subject to varying levels of cold, heat, wet/humid conditions, crowds, and noise. </li>\n <li>Incumbents are at times subject to hazards such as slippery conditions; proper safety precautions are taken.</li>\n <li>Ability to sustain a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity.</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.</li>\n <li>Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with Team Members at all levels of the organization.</li>\n <li>Highly organized and detail-oriented</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
