    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span>Key <strong>Objectives</strong> and <strong>Responsibilities</strong> of this role will include the following:</span></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:.5in\">&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Define and document business requirements&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Perform all levels of data analysis, including data mappings, data feeds, data modelling (both relational and message), and data transformation as related to an Enterprise Environment&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Develop fully defined logical and physical data models as related to assigned task and/or project&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Document technical requirements, system diagrams, and other deliverables&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Attend system design reviews with developers, quality assurance testers and end users&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Conduct impact assessment on applications when new functions/features are proposed or designed</span></li>\n <li><span>Be involved with project plans detailing the expected level of effort and time required and consistently meet the allocated milestones</span></li>\n <li><span>Extracting data using SQL and using it for analysis</span></li>\n <li><span>Take the initiative to suggest new standards, implement new strategies and take on special projects</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to do product and pricing benchmarking exercises independently</span></li>\n <li><span>Good team player, able to balance the needs of stakeholders and IT, and able to manage internal IT conflicts and demands as needed&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to prepare standard and ad-hoc presentation decks in a timely manner on required topics, from high level functional overview to detailed technical overview of key data flows</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to effectively engage and work with a global team</span></li>\n <li><span>Assisting the project managers and development managers to keep project status information up to date, to identify risks and mitigate against them</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span><strong><u>Education Required:</u></strong></span><br><br><span>MBA from leading institutes</span></p>\n<p><span><strong><u>Knowledge / Abilities / Skills:</u></strong></span></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Significant experience with software development life cycle and web technologies&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Must have strong communication and organization skills; multi-tasking and time management skills are essential&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Must have cross-functional business and application knowledge&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Must have enough technical background to be able to create proper functional requirements (FRD) and detail specifications (FSD).&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Must have experience of extracting and analyzing data using SQL</span></li>\n <li><span>Must be able to take direction well but work independently, and have the ability to learn and assimilate information quickly.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Must demonstrate a positive and professional attitude, personal integrity, problem solving ability&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Proficiency in MS Office (<strong>Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project</strong>), ETL tools.</span></li>\n <li><span>Conceptual understanding of RDMS concepts</span></li>\n <li><span>Proficiency in HTML Editor tools&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Technical aptitude to learn new software quickly&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to break down business problems into logical tasks &nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to think creatively&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to lead meetings</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>",
