font-weight: bold\">The Role<br><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Here at Beryl we are looking for a talented Inventory &amp; Logistics Coordinator to support our bike, e-bike, e-scooter and cargo micro-mobility operations across the UK. <br><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The role will be based in our Manchester Depot and will work closely with the Supply Chain Manager to deliver accurate schemes inventory planning and Inbound/UK logistics coordination.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">We are looking for an experienced Inventory &amp; Logistics planning professional for our future growth.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The chosen candidate will manage the supply chain, tracking shipments, organising deliveries, maintaining accurate inventory records and have the ability to support forecasting and maintaining stocks for fulfilling operational requirements.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Inventory Planning</span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Work alongside operations to formulate requirements into a forecast &amp; plan</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Assist in schemes inventory counts, track movements and manage stock records in the inventory management system</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Set/establish a reporting system for shortages or excesses for procurement and inventory control.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Work along with the store manager to report internal and external storage inventory</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Work alongside the RMA team on the movement of defectives/repaired items</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Assist and coordinate with the manager’s assigned projects</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Logistics Coordination &amp; Cost Management</span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Manage &amp; track internal inbound shipments from the Far East/Europe/North America</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Plan/manage efficient shipping modes &amp; track shipments and achieve on-time delivery</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Arrange local distribution and outbound logistics for scheme fulfillment, Special projects and exhibition</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Carry out logistics cost benchmarking on shipments to ensure cost efficiency</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Coordinate with internal stakeholders, freight forwarders, transport providers and suppliers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Coordinate end-to-end customs declarations, documentation filing and supplier compliance on documents to fulfill HMRC requirements</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">System Management</span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Maintain internal inventory system data on logistics movement</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Generate periodic stock reports for monitoring stock levels, and generate analytic reports</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Propose and assist in enhancing the inventory system configuration to fit business needs</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Supplier/Service provider/Carrier Liaison</span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Execute and assist in robusting the inventory and logistics operation procedures</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Actively carry out logistics suppliers benchmarking on both efficiency and costing</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Liaise with suppliers for shipment tracking &amp; exceptions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Modelling and communicating Beryl's needs in terms of logistics planning</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Educating and enhancing supplier performance to meet KPI</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Driving on-time delivery and fulfilling stakeholder satisfaction</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Assist in warehousing &amp; freight forwarding suppliers' cost benchmarking</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">:<br><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Relevant degree, ideally with a commercial focus (business, logistics, supply chain)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience in inventory, supplier and logistics planning</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience in the customs clearance process &amp; HS code is advantageous</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Logistics project skills are advantageous but not essential</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Good data analysis skills e.g. Expert Level of Excel/Google Sheet, data modelling experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and project management skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">An analytical mind with strong attention to detail</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;
