          "text": "<ul><li><strong>Required</strong>:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Ergonomics, Human Factors, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Occupational Health, or related field AND minimum 3 years of experience in Health and Safety Worldwide Regulations.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in ergonomics, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.</li><li>Familiarity with ergonomic assessment tools and software, such as RULA, REBA, the NIOSH Lifting Equation, and Snook Tables.</li><li>Industrial ergonomics expertise, especially in research and development, laboratory, or production settings.</li><li>Strong skills in presenting findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to travel up to 15%.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Preferred</strong>:<ul><li>Master’s degree in Ergonomics, Human Factors, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Occupational Health or related field.</li><li>Certification as a Certified Professional Ergonomist (CPE) or equivalent.</li><li>Experience in a large technology or multinational environment.</li><li>Familiarity with international regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO, ANSI).</li><li>Experience with ergonomic assessment software and tools.</li><li>Project management experience, with the ability to handle global priorities.</li></ul></li></ul><p><strong><em>Compensation</em></strong></p><p>The expected salary range for this position is $120,000 – $150,000 annually. This range represents the minimum and maximum base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this role.
