      "Value": "<strong>Maintenance- Seagraves, TX</strong><br>This is an hourly, non-exempt position.<br>Day shift M-F 7:30 - 4:00 pm, with potential overtime, weekend work, and on call.<br><br><strong>Job Summary:</strong><br>Under limited supervision, perform mechanical repairs or fabrication in a safe, effective and efficient manner.<br><br><strong>Essential Job Functions:</strong><ul><li>Conducts job tasks with a positive, safe attitude and maintains a safe work record.</li><li>Knowledge of drives, motors, sheaves and general mechanical operations</li><li>Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing machinery</li><li>Maintains a good attendance record</li><li>Work rotating shifts of various lengths including weekends and holidays</li><li>Work on call schedule</li><li>Maintains good communication with all plant personnel. (Other shifts, departments and managers)</li><li>Ability to understand and perform assigned job tasks easily and independently while flexible enough to work in team settings.</li><li>Maintains good housekeeping and completes sanitation duties and paperwork as required.</li><li>Conducts daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual inspections, reporting any problems noted.</li><li>Willing to be trained to work various jobs within the facility</li><li>Maintain documentation required to perform job duties</li><li>May perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><strong>Education/Training:</strong><ul><li>All required ADM safety, food safety, quality and environmental training</li><li>Participate in company planned operations training</li><li>Equipment training may include but not limited to JLG, forklift, Non-DOT truck, reach lift, etc</li></ul><strong>Experience:</strong><ul><li>1-2 years of fabrication/ welding experience (preferred)&nbsp;</li><li>2+ years of industrial maintenance experience</li><li>Knowledge of, and compliance with all OSHA safety standards</li></ul><strong>Working Conditions:</strong><ul><li>Ambient conditions – Hot or cold Temperatures</li><li>Time Spent: Varies</li><li>Atmosphere: Dust (Peanut - known allergen) and odor</li><li>Protective clothing required: Uniforms, hardhats, earplugs, safety glasses, hair restraints, steel-toed shoes, gloves and safety harness may be required based on task performed</li><li>Job specific PPE</li><li>Work overtime as needed</li></ul><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong><ul><li>Occasionally move objects that weigh up to 55 LBS&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to sit or stand for prolong periods of time</li><li>Move from area to area</li><li>Transport Material</li><li>Position self to conduct work at various heights</li><li>Rotate body</li><li>Crouch, squat and bend</li><li>Ascend / descend from various levels (climb ladders and stairs)</li><li>Repetitive use of hands</li><li>Use broom, shovel and others tools to complete assignments</li></ul>ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.​<br><br>Please include all relevant experience for consideration.<br><br>Steel toe boots are required if selected.&nbsp;<br><br><br>REF:104691BR",
