      "text": "Minimum Qualifications",
      "content": "\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, civil engineering, geology, or hydrogeology or a related field required.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>15 years of experience in project management, environmental permitting projects involving various regulatory agencies, contaminants, media, and technologies for major utility clients.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Ability to bridge multiple offices and disciplines to build a multi-state practice.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Proficiency in using various software tools for data analysis, modeling, design, and project management.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental laws and regulations.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Knowledge of the principles and standards of scientific study, field investigation and sampling, and research and documentation.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Excellence in analytical techniques and modeling in solving technical problems with an extreme level of complexity.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Mustpossess a valid driver’s license, with a clean driving record, and be willing to travel and conduct field work as needed.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Core competency in Microsoft Office Products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook&nbsp;</li>\n"
