    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>The Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) is Michigan's state-funded, nationally recognized, Pre-K program for 4-year-old children.&nbsp;The GSRP Teacher is responsible for all aspects of planning, assessing and instructing 4-year old's, based on needs of each child, and the requirements of the GSRP grant.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>As a Lead GSRP Teacher, you’ll:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Plan and implement daily lessons using the approved GSRP curriculum&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Conduct child observations and assessments using approved tools&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Collaborate with the associate teacher and classroom team to ensure high-quality instruction and classroom management</li>\n <li>Develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for each child and lead parent-teacher conferences</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with GSRP standards, licensing rules, and program quality expectations</li>\n <li>Participate in required professional development and coaching</li>\n <li>Communicate effectively with families, colleagues, and community partners</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>We’re seeking compassionate, curious, and committed educators who are eager to make a lasting impact. Candidates should bring:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Elementary Education,&nbsp;or valid teaching certificate with ZA/ZS endorsement</li>\n <li>Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans</li>\n <li>The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.</li>\n <li>The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n</ul>",
