Other duties may be assigned.</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>· Supervise packers on the production line to ensure proper packing of fresh fruit based on customer and product specifications.</p><p>· Monitor packer performance to ensure speed, accuracy, and adherence to quality and safety standards.</p><p>· Assign workers to specific stations and adjust staffing based on production flow.</p><p>· Train and mentor new and existing packers on job expectations, product handling, and GMPs.</p><p>· Communicate with Line Leads, Quality Control, and Production Management to address any packing, quality, or personnel issues.</p><p>· Ensure all packaging materials are being used correctly and consistently.</p><p>· Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations during and after shifts.</p><p>· Document and report labor usage, product waste, and any deviations from standard operating procedures.</p>",
