They will be responsible for preparing designs and ensuring the development and delivery of successful structural projects such as bridges, highway interchanges, roadway reconstruction, subway stations, railroad infrastructure and public spaces.</p>\n<p>The Senior Structural Engineer will provide mentoring, act as an advisor and may become actively involved, as required, to meet schedules and resolve problems.</p>\n<p>The Senior Structural Engineer will be responsible for managing the scope and integration of subcontractors and employees. It is expected that the Senior Structural Engineer will support business development and the delivery of proposals. Plan, design, and direct structural engineering projects. Provides resources and schedules in response to specified completion dates and technical applications. Prepares proposals and cost estimates and evaluate all project progress and recommend changes, if needed, in final procedures.</p>\n<p><strong>Your Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manages projects completely, as it relates to the planning and delivery of the work</li>\n <li>Responsible for the review and sealing of projects</li>\n <li>Supervises the work of other engineers</li>\n <li>Leads the preparation and coordination of the project plans, calculations, and specifications</li>\n <li>Liaises with clients, agencies and others to obtain and determine project requirements and approvals</li>\n <li>Performs on technically complex projects and acts as a technical resource by providing guidance to other team members</li>\n <li>Stays up to date on regulatory changes and may establish working relationships with regulatory officials</li>\n <li>May write and negotiate proposals as project issues arise with clients or reviewing agencies</li>\n</ul>",

Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
