In this role, you will play a key part by maintaining and caring for interior plant installation and thriving vertical gardens. If you're passionate about creating beautiful, sustainable environments and have the skills to make a real impact, we’d love for you to help us make our cities greener, one space at a time.</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Responsibilities</span></span><span>:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Provide care for interior plants and living walls, ensuring their health and overall appearance</span></li>\n<li><span>Perform aesthetic and functional pruning, including deadheading, to maintain plant vitality</span></li>\n<li><span>Manage pest and plant disease issues (with direction), including but not limited to; identification, treatment, and prevention</span></li>\n<li><span>Planting with attention to detail and proper technique</span></li>\n<li><span>Identify and report issues related to pests, diseases, or damage to green spaces</span></li>\n<li><span>Assist with the operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of irrigation systems</span></li>\n<li><span>Follow fertilizer and irrigation schedules, adjusting as necessary to optimize plant health</span></li>\n<li><span>Communicate effectively with team members using mobile technology and other tools</span></li>\n<li><span>Transport plants and supplies, as needed, to support project and maintenance needs</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrated experience and passion for interiorscape plant care</li>\n<li>Knowledge of tropical interior plants and ornamental exterior landscape plants</li>\n<li><span>Proficiency in identifying common plant pests and understanding their management</span></li>\n<li><span>Familiarity with irrigation system operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience with nutrients and fertilizers for plants</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to work independently, efficiently, and confidently make informed decisions</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to interpret unknowns and make confident informed decisions</span></li>\n<li><span>Energetic, hardworking, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Requirements:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>A valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record</span></li>\n<li><span>Reliable personal vehicle for transportation to various work sites (mileage, parking and tolls reimbursed)</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs</span></li>\n<li><span>Comfortable working on ladders and, when necessary, from mechanical lifts</span></li>\n<li><span>Proficiency in operating and maintaining landscape hand tools</span></li>\n<li><span>Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment, including proper care of tools and equipment</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Benefits:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Comprehensive training and certification for operation of lifts and aerial work platforms</span></li>\n<li><span>Health insurance coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life)</span></li>\n<li><span>Paid Time Off to support work-life balance</span></li>\n<li><span>401(k) retirement plan to help secure your future</span></li>\n<li><span>11 paid holidays throughout the year</span></li>\n</ul>",
