You will work closely with business and finance stakeholders to provide insights, strengthen reporting, and help drive planning discipline across the organization.</p><p>This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who combines strong analytical capability with hands-on reporting expertise, including the ability to build Power BI dashboards from scratch and turn complex data into clear business insights.</p><p>In this role, you will:</p><ul><li>Support weekly and monthly business performance reviews, financial reporting, and management analysis</li><li>Prepare timely and accurate analysis to support forecasting, budgeting, and business planning processes</li><li>Monitor and analyse spending across Field Sales, Marketing, and AdMerch to identify trends, risks, and opportunities</li><li>Partner with local business teams on financial reviews and approval processes related to rebates, MDF, and PDRs</li><li>Analyse key commercial and financial metrics including A/R, DSO, portfolio mix, price changes, and performance trends</li><li>Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards from scratch to improve visibility, reporting efficiency, and decision support</li><li>Work closely with country Business Finance leaders and Global FP&amp;A teams to streamline processes and enhance analytical capabilities</li><li>Support ad hoc analysis, special projects, and continuous improvement initiatives across the business</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What You Will Bring</b></p><p>To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong foundation in finance, advanced analytical capability, and the confidence to work with stakeholders across functions and countries.
