We provide services to a wide variety of residents for both short and long term care. This variety allows our nurses to experience a wide range of medical complexity.&nbsp;</p><p>-Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) charge nurses assess residents per Medicare guidelines, administer insulins and other medications, manage acute conditions, critically analyze information about a resident in order to determine the best course of action, complete treatments, operate medical equipment, assess residents following incidents and implement interventions to increase safety.
