With warehouse facilities in several states and service representatives covering all regions of the country, there isn&#39;t a retail location we can&#39;t service.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><b>Duties and Responsibilities:</b></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Independently travel across a large territory of various store locations to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards.</li>\r\n\t<li>Set up, replenish, and merchandise our trendy and high-quality products at stores on a route driving a company vehicle from SRPs fleet.</li>\r\n\t<li>Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.</li>\r\n\t<li>maintain planograms to ensure consistency across all store locations.</li>\r\n\t<li>Set up promotional displays and ensure promotional materials are accurately placed.</li>\r\n\t<li>Work closely with store managers and other team members to achieve merchandising goals.</li>\r\n\t<li>Manage stock, rotate products, and ensure shelves are well-stocked in store while maintaining a company paid storage unit that will store additional inventory.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><b>Daily Schedule starting at 6:00am. The schedule is typically 48-52 hours a week with additional overtime available periodically.&nbsp; Candidate must have the ability to spend 2-3 nights out a week in a hotel when specific route business needs determine it.</b></p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><b>Expected Compensation Range:</b>&nbsp;<strong>$58,968 &ndash; $68,640 annually</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Note:&nbsp;This is an hourly, non-exempt role with a base pay of <strong>$21.00&ndash; $22.00</strong> per hour.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>The range above reflects the estimated annual compensation based on a 50-hour workweek and includes expected overtime and performance-based bonuses.
