      "content": "<div>\n<p>The Shop Coordinator position will support our Rotating Equipment Repair business. &nbsp;This position will report to the Operations Manager, and work together with the Shop Foreman and other Inside Shop support personnel. &nbsp;This position will include the following responsibilities:</p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<br>1. &nbsp; &nbsp;Process all repair orders in Company ERP<br>2. &nbsp; &nbsp;Put together job materials/drawings/parts lists/etc needed for each job<br>3. &nbsp; &nbsp;Work with shop foreman in making sure shop technicians have what they needed to efficiently perform the repairs<br>4. &nbsp; &nbsp;Estimate pricing for repair orders, maintaining company-defined margin goals. &nbsp;Review with management.<br>5. &nbsp; &nbsp;Prepare detailed repair quotes summarizing job workscope and parts needed. &nbsp;Review w/ shop personnel and management<br>6. &nbsp; &nbsp;Work with suppliers to gather pricing on repair materials<br>7. &nbsp; &nbsp;Order all materials needed and outlined in job workscope<br>8. &nbsp; &nbsp;Communicate with outside service suppliers when outsourcing repair activities<br>9. &nbsp; &nbsp;Assist Shop support/draftsman in Prepare end-of-job Repair Reports for customers, when needed<br>10. &nbsp; &nbsp;Assist management in associate development/training in relation to shop documentation best practices<br>11. &nbsp; &nbsp;Expedite as needed to improve overall customer ontime delivery<br>12. &nbsp; &nbsp;Assist with other job management functions as needed&nbsp;</p>\n<p><br>Qualifications:<br>1. &nbsp; &nbsp;Associates Degree in mechanical field is preferred, or strong technical knowledge&nbsp;<br>2. &nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to read, interpret and understand technical drawings, geometric dimensions, tolerances and quality specifications.<br>3. &nbsp; &nbsp;Familiarity with machining, welding and general shop processes<br>4. &nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to work directly with shop employees, management and other support staff<br>5. &nbsp; &nbsp;Good written and verbal communication skills<br>6. &nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to multi-task and rearrange priorities to meet deadlines<br>7. &nbsp; &nbsp;Self-motivated and highly organized<br>We are a fast-paced, customer service-oriented company who is ahead of our competition. &nbsp;We value employee contributions and success in meeting and exceeding our customers’ expectations. &nbsp;In return, we offer excellent pay and benefits, including company matched 401k, and the opportunity to work with exceptional people. &nbsp;</p>\n</div>"
