    "description": "<p><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><span>REMOTE WORK AVAILABLE</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">An Extended Family Home (Shared Living Provider) opens their home for a individual with a disability.  This position requires an open bedroom and ability to help take care of an individual with a disability.  The goal of this service is to encourage and teach skill development so the individual can be as independent as possible.  Range of client needs varies between highly behavioral individual to people with higher medical needs.  </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Prime Home is specifically searching for applicants that are willing to work with all individuals to </span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">include</span></span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"> difficult maladaptive behaviors. Examples include elopement (run away), physical aggression, property damage, sexually inappropriate behaviors, verbal aggression, etc.</span></span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">This subcontracting position is a work from home position, that you provide care and support for a person in your own home. </span><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">This position requires a desire to make a difference in an individual's life. Prime Home is here to assist and support you in the process and follow all State Regulation.   </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">The applicant process is thorough and detailed, so it depends on many factors:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #404040; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Accuracy/Completeness of Application.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Scheduling both phone and in person interviews.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Scheduling a walkthrough of the home services will be provided. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">All applicants, SLP and Alt Care, and non-provider household members over the age of 13 are required </span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">initial and annual background checks to include Criminal, APS/CPS and Sex Offender history.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Completion of required trainings.</span> </li>\n<li>Proof of Auto Insurance and Homeowners/Renters Insurance</li>\n</ul>",
