Description

JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Business Analyst is a strategic individual contributor responsible for transforming complex operational data into actionable insights that inform leadership decisions. This role partners closely with Field Operations Leadership to identify performance risk, optimize labor and service models, and improve execution outcomes across a large, distributed field organization. The Senior Business Analyst goes beyond reporting by proactively identifying trends, building analytical models, and clearly communicating recommendations that balance cost, service quality, process compliance and business performance. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Field Service Operations.
