    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p>Alter Trading is looking for an <strong>Account Executive</strong> to manage all current industrial accounts at the assigned yards and bid on additional accounts/projects as necessary to support yard volume targets.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>ABOUT THE JOB:</strong></p><p id=\"isPasted\">&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Purchase ferrous and non-ferrous scrap from existing industrial accounts and suppliers.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Maintain contact with existing industrial accounts and suppliers to maintain consistent inbound scrap flow within budgeted guidelines.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Solicit and develop new industrial, dealer, and suppliers accounts in northern region.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Follow markets and market trends, to advise customers in timely fashion of changes occurring regarding pricing.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Resolve issues regarding pricing quality, and other items with both external and internal customers.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Monitor gross margin reports and ensure pricing and purchases allow for attainment of budgeted goals.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Assist in inventory management.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Perform other related duties or special projects.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Operations training and cross training required &ndash; on going scale support is part of this role</p><p><strong>ABOUT YOU:</strong></p><p>A Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in sales, marketing, accounting, business or other related field preferred; with a minimum of 3 years experience required. &nbsp;Industry experience preferred.
