The Scrum Master will work as a part of an Agile team performing DevSecOps. Founded in 2006, ERP is headquartered in Laurel, MD and maintains satellite offices in Montgomery, AL and San Antonio, TX - plus project locations nationwide.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with customer and cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations.</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation, tracking progress against milestones and deliverables.</li>\n <li>Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing Agile practices and encouraging team collaboration.</li>\n <li>Assist in the development and implementation of project management methodologies and best practices.</li>\n <li>Prepare and present project status reports, metrics, and updates to stakeholders and management.</li>\n <li>Support the onboarding and training of new team members, promoting Agile principles and practices.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to obtain a DoD Security Clearance of Secret within 6 months to retain position</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Experience:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or other related scientific or technical discipline. Equivalent work experience may be considered.</li>\n   <li>Scrum Master Certification (CSM or equivalent)</li>\n   <li>A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within an Agile environment.</li>\n   <li>Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.</li>\n   <li>Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.</li>\n   <li>Experience working with DoD customers in a federal contracting environment</li>\n   <li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.</li>\n   <li>Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project).</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Preferred:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>PMP, CAPM, or PMI-ACP management certification.</li>\n   <li>Familiarity with additional project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Lean).</li>\n   <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>\n   <li>Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li>\n   <li>Strong experience in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. </li>\n   <li>Experience with analysis and reporting tools.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Interview Process:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Recruiter screening</li>\n <li>Development assessment</li>\n <li>Technical MS Teams interview with management</li>\n</ul> ",
