This role focuses on maintaining the resort’s grounds to ensure a clean, attractive, and welcoming environment for all who visit.</p><p><br>\n<strong>Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Operate pickup truck and/or a golf cart in daily work.</li><li>Empties all trash cans at pools, three story buildings and team member parking lot as needed.</li><li>Disposes of grease and cooking oil in proper containers.</li><li>Pick up trash from curbs on property and surrounding areas to highway.</li><li>Sweeps curbs and sidewalks.</li><li>Cleans grounds and removes litter.</li><li>Empty trash cans in the public area buildings</li><li>Empty dumpsters.</li><li>Operates trash compactor.</li><li>Empties recycle bins.</li><li>Breaks down cardboard items and places in appropriate containers.</li><li>Leaves work area in a clean, neat and safe condition.</li></ul><p><strong>To excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
