You serve as a welcoming ambassador for Niagara Adventure Excursions and take pride in your professionalism, helping create positive and memorable experiences for everyone you transport.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>To succeed in this role, you bring a positive, patient, and dependable approach to every shift. You make others feel welcome, communicate clearly with guests and team members, and take initiative when needed. You work well as part of a team and help uphold Niagara Adventure Excursions’ commitment to safety, service, and exceptional guest experiences.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do:</span></p>\n<p>· Always drive safely and responsibly</p>\n<p>· Be prepared to operate a vehicle in a variety of road and weather conditions including snow, rain, ice, and high winds</p>\n<p>· Treat guests, coworkers, and equipment with care and respect</p>\n<p>· Complete pre and post trip shuttle inspections</p>\n<p>· Accurately complete required paperwork, including vehicle inspection reports</p>\n<p>· Maintain radio communication using proper radio protocol</p>\n<p>· Support positive passenger behavior and resolve issues calmly and effectively</p>\n<p>· Keep the shuttle clean and presentable throughout the day</p>\n<p>· Report unsafe conditions, incidents, or injuries promptly</p>\n<p>· Maintain awareness of company promotions and experiences</p>\n<p>· Gather guest feedback and share relevant information with the Leadership Team</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Bring:</span></p>\n<p>· A valid Ontario driver’s license of at least a G2 level</p>\n<p>· Strong driving skills and safe driving habits</p>\n<p>· Ability to operate a variety of vehicles and equipment such as utility vehicles, tractors, and golf carts</p>\n<p>· Ability to consistently perform work in outdoor conditions, including heat, sun, humidity, rain, snow, and temperature changes</p>\n<p>· Reliability, punctuality, and strong organizational skills</p>\n<p>· A patient, pleasant, and helpful demeanor</p>\n<p>· Clear verbal communication skills</p>\n<p>· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment</p>\n<p>· High energy, motivation, and a positive attitude</p>\n<p>· Friendly, outgoing, and proactive approach</p>\n<p>· Demonstrated experience providing excellent customer or guest service</p>\n<p>· Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, which may include standing, walking, sitting, lifting, and occasional bending or kneeling</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">On the job training and ongoing support are provided.</span></em></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Department and Reporting Structure</span></p>\n<p>The Shuttle Driver position falls under the Element Department. You report to the Element Supervisor and work closely with the Leadership Team</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Schedule</span></p>\n<p>Seasonal position with flexible full-time or part-time hours based on operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">This position is planned to begin around April 1st 2026.</span></em></p>",
